Do you offer exclusivity or protected territories?
For long-term partners we can agree exclusive designs or protected territories. This is discussed case by case once we understand your volume.
Can you match a specific brand palette or interior scheme?
Yes. Send us the scheme — paint codes, fabric swatches or reference photos — and we'll match the palette before production begins.
How do you keep repeat orders consistent?
We keep the original reference and palette records for every design. Reorders are repainted by the same artist to the same brief, so the series stays consistent — though each canvas is still individually hand-painted.
Do you provide certificates or documentation?
We provide a simple certificate of authenticity and can supply commercial invoices and packing lists for freight and customs on request.
