How it works

Send your reference
A photo, an existing painting, a sketch, or just a palette you like. Add the size and quantity.
Quote within 24 hours
We confirm size, finish and price, and agree a delivery date.
Deposit
A 30% deposit starts production. Balance is due before dispatch.
Sketch & progress approval
For larger orders we send a progress photo before finishing, so you can steer the composition early.
Painting & drying
We paint, layer and dry the piece properly. Impasto work takes longer — the texture is built up over days.
QC, photos & dispatch
You get photos of the finished piece. We pack for export and ship, with tracking.
What we need from you
A reference, a size, and a deadline.
- Reference image. JPG, PNG or PDF — the clearer the better. A phone photo is fine.
- Size. In centimetres or inches. We match to the centimetre.
- Finish. Classic oil, impasto texture, or mixed media.
- Quantity & deadline. So we can confirm lead time and price.

- Small — from 30 × 40 cm
- Medium — 50 × 70 cm to 80 × 100 cm
- Large — 100 × 140 cm to 150 × 200 cm
- Feature wall — up to 200 × 300 cm

Common questions.
Can you copy an existing painting or photo exactly?
We paint by hand, so we aim for a faithful interpretation rather than a pixel-identical copy. For recreations of existing artworks, we match composition and palette closely; for photos, we capture the likeness while keeping the painterly character.
Do you offer framed or unframed?
Both. Most export orders ship unframed on a stretched wooden frame, which is lighter and safer to ship. We can supply floating frames or classic mouldings on request.
What if I don't like the result?
We send a progress photo before finishing large orders, so changes happen early and cheaply. On completion, we photograph the piece for your approval before dispatch. Our goal is that you never receive a surprise.
Is there a sample option before a large order?
Yes. Order a single piece as a sample first — see the trade programme for sample terms.
