What kind of photograph works best?
A clear, well-lit photograph with visible facial details gives the artist the best reference. Phone photos are usually suitable when they are sharp and not heavily filtered.
Can you combine people from different photographs?
Yes. Upload the clearest image for each subject and explain the composition you have in mind in the special instructions.
Will I approve the portrait before it is finished?
You will approve the digital composition before painting begins. We will then keep you informed as the artwork progresses.
How long does a custom oil painting take?
Timing depends on size, complexity, drying, and framing. The current production estimate is shown on the product page before you order.
